Would there be any problems redirecting the index.php to another folder.I thought I heard there may be some problems.

Sorry

The main index.php, I want move the main system into another folder and redirect to that folder..this will allow me to have several systems running and I can access them with just the change of one file.

I don't recommend moving XOOPS files relative to each other, but (I'm still not 100% certain on what you want to do) it is possible to run XOOPS from a subfolder and have an index.php file redirect to the subfolder/index.php.

Of course, then the URL will show the subfolder, too.
