I'm running Win XP Home. I have PHP 4.3.6 & Apache 1.3.29 running as well as mySQL server. I've tried XOOPS & xsas and neither works. I get 404 Page Not Found errors with xsas &

What am I missing?

Permissions I would say. Doublt check the web server has the appropriate permissions to be able to read/write to the relevant sections of your XOOPS files.
