I haven't installed this, but I just tried out the Google Translations feature at the Spanish website http://www.drclone.net/. The translation is far from perfect, but it's a good way to get the general idea of what's going on (although I think they employ Yoda to do some of the translations!)

I think foreign visitors would find this a useful block on image or download sites where they primarily just need to locate things?

I made the block today, works very well. I am not multilingual
myself so this helps me and any international visitors that may come to my site.
