How can i translate register form?

I'm new to php, i've translated almost all of the site, but i cant find where is the register form to translate, can you help me?

It's because i want my site in portugues but i only find here in brazilian, that uses many different expressions

xoops comes with language files. the registration language file should be located in the user.php file in your XOOPS root language directory.
