How can I change the layout of newbb2

When looking at my forum, I want to change the layout of the pages:
I want to move the "Total Topics | Total posts" and the "Main Options" to the bottom of the page below the "Active Notifications" part. Which file(s) do I need to modify?

That would be newbb/templates/newbb_index.html
