I doubt there is much of a market for a "Fly" swap module so I willing to pay for devloping one. A Fly Swap is kind of like a Christmas cookie exchange. Participants each choose a fly to tie and tie one for every other tyer. The flies are then exchanged so everyone has a selection of various flies. The "admin" of the swap is called a swapmiester.

I need a script much like http://www.hotspotfishing.com/flies/showswaps.asp or http://www.flyfishinginmaine.com/flyswap/. I'd also like to incorporate a feedback point system into it that the swapmiester assigns. Say User A starts with 1 pt and if he successfully completes the swap on time (swapmiester checks) he recieves +1, if User A is late he recieves -1, and if User A fails to compelte the swap minus -5. Then a simple if statement when a user joins a swap. If username_points > 0 then allow to join swap else do not allow user to join swap. Also an if statement to make a new swap and become swapmiester . If username_points > 15 allow swap, else contact admin for approval.

Thumbnails of flies and other little stuff id be interested in also.

How much would a module like this cost to develop?? Should I take this to a freelacner board?
