hi

i have a change charset utf-8 to iso-8859-9 or windows-1254 in

xoops/backend.php and
modules/news 1.3 rc1 / backendt.php
and maybe
modules/news 1.3 rc1/ mozilla firefox & opera bookmarks language tags

i change this values in backend.php and backendt.php but not change charset and letters lang.

where this option for a change this value
