I would swear this feature was here when I first started.

Can you permanently set a theme on a user by user basis? I see no option in Profile for a theme but yet, the user table contains a field to stor a user's theme.

If I change theme, it does not stick. It reverts back to default everytime I login.

In Nuke and other CMS's, you change change theme permanently in the profile.

You need to download and install the XT-Temas module. It's in the module repository.
