All of a sudden, the header for every page, except my home page, has no header. How can I fix this?

My guess is that you've used a relative path to the image, not the full path.

In your theme.html file, instead of using:

<img src="images/logo.gif" />

try this:

<img src="<{$xoops_imageurl}>images/logo.gif" />
