anyone knows how to make a normal user to have webmaster privileges, so that the normal user can see everyone's calendar on piCal?

I believe this depends on users making their events public viewable, when posting...don't know how you could set that as default.

If you still have trouble, and don't get an appropriate answer here, you might want to try the developers site GiJOE's PEAK XOOPS Support&Experiment.

Go to groups in the admin panel select the group you wish to give this ability to and give them piCal admin rights in the check box provided.

Now there is a slight difference between
