Wrong Date in NewBB Post

I'm using NewBB 2 on XOOPS 2.0.9.2. I posted some test stuff in the forum and I noticed that the date on the post is wrong it says Feb 28, 2005 which hasn't even occurred yet.

Anyone know why the date would be wrong or how I can set it correctly?

I noticed that not only is my date wrong in my NewBB post, but when I update my modules in System>Admin they're wrong there too. Under "last update" it gives the date Feb 28, 2005 -- which of course hasn't even occured yet. Does anyone know why this would happen or how I could change the date so that it's current. It seems stuck on Feb 28 for some reason.

Hmm, how do I check that? Do I have to contact my service provider or can I do it through C-panel?

Lots of ways. Here's an easy quick way; create a custom block and do a preview (don't need to save it).
PHP file type, contents:

echo date("l dS of F Y h:i:s A T O");

All kinds of time info including timezone and GMT offset.
(nobody yell about security implications of Preview mode, it is all potentialy hazardous)

Thanks! I did that but the time on the server is correct. "time
Friday 11th of February 2005 01:19:14 PM PST -0800"

Now I'm wondering where else I should look to find out why the date is wrong and everything is showing up as Feb 28.
