News Topic Rename?

I have listed on my site "Top Page" the News topics as a drop down menu. On the front page in the center-right, it has listed "News Topics" and under the title is the menu. Is there a way to change the title from "News Topics" to "Article Reviews"?

If I understand the question you simply change the text in the block where to make the other settings. You'll see "News Topics" listed, change it to what you want. Same idea for changing the module name as listed in the menus.
