How do users rate News?
And can users sort news by rating?

Same questions for other content modules(eg. AMS).

The News module does not have a rate function. AMS and WF-Section does (I'm not aware of others)

In AMS there is no sorting by rating, but there is a block for showing the highest rated articles.

Beta version of News 1.3, does have a rate function. Statistic can be seen in module administration. There may be a block in final release.
