It's already there for registered and anonymous users on the FAQ module page. We do have some challenges with getting everything to fit in on this site, especially on the main page.
As Jensclas has already said, there will be some major improvements to help new users with familiarisation and learning to use xoops. Just a little longer and all will be revealed
