Hi,
I have just installed XOOPS for the first time and have installed the 'download' module. logged in as admin I have set up links in this section. fine so far.

But logging in as admin using another PC, when I try to add more download links I get the following message
--------------------------------------
error0013
cannot query MySQL database

Notice [PHP]: Undefined variable: xoopsUserIsAdmin in file header.php line 91
---------------------------------------
This only seems to be a problem from one PC and is obviously an admin user issue.

Can anyone tell me how to clear this issue? Its probably something simple and if it is I appologise, but I cannot find anything similar in the forum.

Regards
Colins

Yea, Only seems to happen on one of the PC's. Have looked at the forums and this seems to be a common enough problem among other posters but no one has come up with a solution yet.

On one of the posts someone mentioned that NIS being turned off would solve the problem. Im not familiar with this, but having googled it, it seems to be something that can only be done at root level, which I dont have.

Any help would be appreciated.
