I have just installed XOOPS and also install a laguage pack. Everything works fine except the Module Tile under the Main Menu is still English.

I have installed 3 modules so far: Contact Us, Downlaods and FAQ. Only FAQ shows the new laguage.

So in which file I should change to fix this?

no file. The module name is set in system admin -> modules in the textfield below each module's icon.
