mylinks module question

hi guys
I use Links module, when a user clicks on a link, first it executes singlelink.php and brings the page that contains the description and etc. I want when a user clicks on a link on the main page, it directly bring that link. is there any setting or change that I can make ?

Also had a similar question, is there module without the 301 redirect. I'd like a link page that is dynamic but with direct links for search engine benefits etc...
