Is there a module that will do this:
When a user click a this module's link. The module will then take the user to a site page (if the module will allow you to create that page too) And on this page it show a link but the link is always random.

The module 'edito' has a block that you can show an extract from an article (this article could be only one link for your purposes) This block can be set to display extracts from multiple articles that you create and show them randomly each time the page is loaded. So you would have a small block with a link that changes each time you visited the page. Will that fit your spec?
