Hi,
I want to provide users with My Page. Once they login they should be able to take control of blocks and should assign the way they require With out going to admin panel.

This is how I am thinking.
1. Users will click on "Customize my view"
2. then users should see the blocks that are avaiable to them
3. arrange the block as they require.

Any module or existing code for this.
