Newbie made bad mistake. Lost Admin Menu

Is there a way to recover the Admin Menu? Seems I clicked the wrong permissions and removed the menu to access the control panel. Can't access the conrol panel means I can't access the permissions again. I'll hope accessing the database I can fix it that way. I just don't know what file to edit.

Thank you. I'll blame my laziness on my new baby girl who has my undivided attention. I did a quick search and should have looked a little bit more. As I become familiar with Xoops, I'll pass on the kind and gentle way of helping a newbie out.
