Changing a modules name

Hi i want to change the name that the module display in the main menu as well as some off the other blocks.

Is this possible, looked at the code that generates the main menu and backed off as i coudl easly screwed that up lol.

ok, The Admin Panel, go over on the System and choose Modules

Then change what the title is and you can add modules there. Hit Submit on that window, then the next to confirm it.
