Adding Footer to Redirect pages?

Alright to make a long story short. Im part of a coop avertising network and there require there php on everypage and spider everyday to check. Thought I just add the thing to my footer.php and be done. Well it seems there spider wants it on my error/redirect pages (http://saltwaterflyfishers.com/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=3&forum=20&post_id=3)
How could I edit this to add a few small text links on bottom??
