Problem with moderators group

I have a moderators group with 4 users. 2 of them told that they couldn't see the forums, they just see this:

I add another user to that group and this new user has the same problem. I created a new group with the same configuration and the problem still there.

I use XOOPS 2.0.9.2 and newbb2 with patch (2005-01-08).

Can you help me?

Have you edited there user accounts and added them to the moderator ranking? And do you have the moderator rank enabled in Admin > User Ranks?

If I am misunderstanding sorry. You seem to say that you made a moderators group. You didn't remove them from the registered users group?

I review the configuration of that 2 moderators and they were only in moderators group. So I added them to registered users too.
