hi ,

since i am a fresh beginner, please tell me how can i put everything together on my XOOPS Homepage, like this Xoops.org Homepage?

what i mean is, how to put forums, members, news, polls, etc on my Homepage. right now all i got on my homepage is general links on the homepage's left.please help

The front page on xoops.org is made with blocks (System Admin -> Blocks) showing the latest forum threads, news etc.

Depending on the installed modules, you will also have such blocks to set visible on either the front page, all pages or individual modules' pages.

Note that you will also have to go to System Admin -> Groups and edit the various groups to ensure that they have block access to the blocks you set visible.
