Create a hardware management system in Xoops: it is used to track the usage of all hardware. The basic functions will be browse/maintain/ the hardware list, apply/approve/cancel the usage, apply/approve/cancel the hardware loan, allow administrator to add/delete hardware, remind the deadline of the usage or loan. So a well designed the database will be need.
