pulldown-menue combined with "sitemap"

The place of the webside in the "document tree" is always shown and is interconnected with the pull-down menue.

... sorry, you know what I mean with "document tree"
example on above page:
Home > Technology Services > Access Products > Xentric > Xentric Warehouse
... this clickable "sort of sitemap" is on every page, so i can "walk through this website" by navigating through all levels of the "document tree".

Is it possible to do something similar with XOOPS?
Or is the menue independent from XOOPS-system and it is a matter of integrating dhtml or javascript ....?

If somebody knows a similar menue on a XOOPS-site, I am glad for hints.
