error in generate templates

when I try to generate or upload a template I obtain the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: clone() in /home/animaweb/public_html/apecose/modules/system/admin/tplsets/main.php on line 1263

Excellent screenshot! that really helps a lot...

It looks like you have the wrong version of [xoops_root]/modules/system/admin/tplsets/main.php

Download the core files for XOOPS 2.0.9.2 again, and upload that file again.
