Is there a module that allows my users to give their rss info quickly and easily -- including a description of it -- then displays this data in a list for all to see?

Thanks, but how to you use it? I can't make heads or tails of it.

How do I set it up so visitors to my site can get the right interface to sign up?

And how to I reconfigure it? That little "taste and submit" caption is confusing language. Also, I'd like to get rid of all the XOOPS stuff.
