What file do you need to change in the module to change the submenu name. For example, in the news module, I want to change the submenu "submit news" to "submit articles".. how do I go about this?

you've got to edit the language file of the specific module

A question related to the question above:
What do I have to do to remove the 'Submit News' submenu from the news module? I want only administrators to be able to post news on my site.

I would also want to know how to remove the submit news submenu. I hope someone has a solution.

News 1.2.1 only shows the submit news link to users that have permission to submit to at least one topic.
