Im building my second XOOPS site now, my first one has been running for over a year! No problems.
This site I want to have a public and private links section on. Im using the mylinks module for the public links, but I need another module to do the private section. I read the tutorial on cloning modules, I dont think I have the DB skills needed to do that. Does anyone know of another links module I could install to use as my second one?

No, my links is currently the only one. However there is xdirectory module that acts a bit like 'yellow pages' Maybe this could serve your needs? see it HERE

Alternatively: Marcan has mylinks on a list of modules to update/ recut/ improve. does it use different tables (allows the module to co-exist with mylinks) Not sure...
