i have just registerd at XOOPS
i am very much interested in themes
i downloaded them but how do i use them
i cannot edit them in dreamweaver i really dont understand anything
plz expalain to me in detail

Unzip/tar them into the themes folder of your XOOPS install. Then, in the Admin Panel, Preferences, General, select the themes you wish your users to be able to choose from. You can also select the default theme there as well.
