Can anyone tell me which module was used for the Official Documentation area of the XOOPS website?

The address is named xdocman, but a search of this doesn't find anything.

The xDocman module is still in development. Although it works well at present robekras has projected plans to extend its feature-set. I'm sure any help, comments will be gratefully received.
