Trouble with Shoutbox 3.0

You folks have been great so far...and I always try to ask as a last result...so here goes:

Ok. I have installed Shoutbox 3.0, set the order to '0' as told to do so.

Still, I can not see anything when I type something into the box...any ideas?

Create an empty file called "shout.csv" and copy it to folder /yoursite/uploads/shoutbox. If you allready have a file named "shoutbox.csv", rename it to shout.csv.
