Hi. I just started using XOOPS and I'm using the catads module. The main menu buttons says "Small ads". I would prefer "Classified Ads". My site is,http://newmag.homelinux.org/

Now I'm no programmer. I don't want to screw everything up but is it okay if I go in the ...catads/language/english/modinfo.php and just take a text editor and change things like,
define("_MI_CATADS_NAME"," Small ads"); ???

Will it have the desired effect? This is a pretty cool module, I'd just like to fix up the english some. Thanks for any tips.

You should be able to change the name just like any other module:

admin>system>modules rename the module and save.

This will change the name in the main menu.
