Hello friends, I jst installed XOOPS prev.
i was using PHPWebsite. It had menu manager
where we can easily create menu, static page
creator, so that we can create static pages.

But i am unable to use the XOOPS for my needs.
I have tried to add some of the links to menu,
but result was null. I used following tutorial

Menu tutorial

But i have not got any menu item.

SO my foolish question is

1. How can i add menu.
2. How to use XOOPS as a personal webiste
(mind u not a community driven website)
3. How to add static pages to it.

U can see my installation here.

I have almost tried all the CMS but i am not
satisfied. Can u guys plz tell me which CMS
is best for a simple personal website. with
only 15-20 static pages and not other things,
like blogs, forums. I am using Wordpress as
my blogging software ( http://blogs.sudhakarjha.com )
and IPB as my forum.

Thanx a lot for reading the topic.
Sorry for bad english.

Hello Sudhakaren, welcome to XOOPS forums

You can look at this FAQ HERE which describes some more options for making menus and links to pages.

I think the FAQ section will answer some other questions you asked as well.

Good luck with XOOPS and your site development.

Richard
