How can i show custom HTML to visitor?

hello can any one tell me how can i show my custom html i added in block to show it to visitor. i just notice that custom html show only when you login. how can i do if i want custom html to show for anonymous user

simply set access right to the block for anynomous users. go to admin menu -> groups -> anynomous.

i try that and modify the anonymous access but i can't see the cutom html i made in block so how can i set that?

Check if you put the rights to ALL PAGES or only to the TOP PAGE (Blocks-Action-Edit)

by the way how can i add module? i would like to add another page to my XOOPS that will really appear on the center page. like for example contact us module i would like to create something like that. where when the user clicks my page will show in XOOPS page.

and by the way how can i put php script in cutom html? i try to set the format to phpscript but nothing happen.

is phpscript mean that you can put php code?
