auto group change

I need a sytem to automaticaly change a users group depending on the amount of posts they have made or/and by the amount they log on every month,
or a way to have the users group the same as there rank.

Only module I know of at the moment that changes user rank and/or group is xDonations. I assume you are wanting this mode to "encourage" user participation on your site?
