Hi, i have a site on XOOPS running and ..

I want to have a private forum with media, but i want to set the following features.

I want to have constantly all my members to have access to my media forum , i mean that if some new users register i wont have to update it .. and also , if it can, i want to have a recent topic notification if i add some new things , but anomynous cannot access it ..

And, if it also can, can i have a minimum post limit script for that private forum..
