Weight Problems - News mod not responding

I'm not talking about slim fast. My Self-Created content should be above the News Module on the top page, however (even though not weighted this way) the Self-Created content is on the bottom as well as my banner. I've tried coding and doing it thru the admin. What am I doing wrong? http://www.eclypto.com to view what I mean.

Ah yes, that's a coding issue, not a weight issue.
Look for

in your theme.html, and move it just below the line

It didn't work. Not only is that EXACT code not there but because correct "td" is already above it the code closest to what you had told me. What should I do now?

Ouch! that's different to any theme i've seen. Where did that theme come from? I'm afraid I don't recognise the coding :(

And yes, I am a Christian :)

I don't recognize the coding either. It;s the Exnews theme and it was re-written for news oriented websites so I think it's defaulted by coding to put the news on top. I can't organize the code to make it how I want ---and I have tried.

I'll work on it and get back to you. I think it's going to take a lot of trial and error (and two just-in-case backup copies). Thank you for your help anyway.
