As the admin of the website, is there any way that I can discern which actual users have voted in the polls that I set up? I don't necessarily need to know what their votes were, I just need to know who has or hasn't voted yet so I can remind those who haven't to vote (I only have 16 users max on my site)

Yes you can but you will have to do it manually, as the log function does not seem to work in the polls.

If you are running MySQL just view the contents of the xoops_xoopspoll_log. It will give you the IP address as well as the user ID number. You are probably id-1 and your users increment as they join. HTH
