is there any detailed guide or tutorial about optimization of XOOPS for having better performance?

Not yet. Carnuke and myself will be working on a FAQ/Guide for opimising Xoops. However, being at the end of the year, we probably won't be making a start on this until next year, and it is going to take a LOT of work not only to gather all the nfo, but also to organise it in a format so that it is useful for users of all experience/skill levels.
