some words wrong decode ??

this is not a XOOPS problem but my friend have a problem with utf-8 encode in e-107 that few words not decoded correctly but other words correct.also strange problem
any idea or solution or advise and link would be really appreciated

someone with information about multi-bytes charset can help about this.
the e107 claim multi language support but have problem with utf-8 charset and some words not decoded correctly. someone know the reason?

Open aall language files in Dreamweaver MX 2004 (Trial is enought )

Then Page properties/ Title encoding / select your encoding and press "Reload".

Then look at a Code of these files and repair all mistakes in encoding ... then save and exit.
