I tried to upgrade to newbb 2 but found it had heaps of errors for some reason (probably messed something up). I went back to newbb 1 and everything looked normal except when trying to view forum/topics it says, could not connect to forum database.

SQL debug says forum mods table does not exsict. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem?

if you run the update script you can not turn back and downgrade newbb 1 to newbb 2
database changed and if you want back to newbb 1 you must use your backup ( if you have it ).
btw what is your problem with newbb2 final ?
do you do everything correctly ( read the readme file )?
