I just installed a XOOPS platform on my site, I'm a total beginner. I've already visited the French XOOPS site (http://www.frxoops.org) but there's not much info yet although the locals seem very helpful so I thought I'd register here to have a look at your support/installation guide since my English's not too bad. I'm sure I'll have a lot of questions once I start working seriously on my site

It's all in French at this stage (well, it's pretty much empty - but in French ), I might add an English version at some stage, I'll see...

thanks for this platform, it looks good. I'm used to the PHPBB forums which is probably why I find it better than the XOOPS forums for all the tags in brackets, I guess I'll get used to it.

I see you're from Melbourne.

I lived there for one year, moved to Paris one year ago. I loved Melbourne, just a bit cold (I was living in Brisbane before I moved to Melbourne, this explains that). I'd love to come back for a couple of years... Maybe one day ;)
