I am having problems with webmailfx. I installed the module, sending email works fine when I try and check an email account I get the following error message: Error: POP Server not set properly. Yet I have the right configuration.

What's happening is that webmailfx can't retrieve the username or password from the DB. Are you using any type of special character or a space in them?
Does this happen with all your pop accounts are only with a particular ?

Please go into preferences and turn on php debug, then post any errors or notices here.

Problem 1: Preferences Tab
Go to XOOPS Admin Menu, then move your mouse over the webmailfx icon, without clicking on it. A pop-up window will appear and you'll see preferences.
Problem 2: PHP notices
Yes, we still have to figure out how to clean-up those undefined indexes... Generally speaking, they do not affect module functionalities. But, yes, it's an ugly thing to have on a module! We will appreciate any suggestion on the issue, also because the team is very much focused on IMAP yet.
Bye,
