Agenda X Administration trouble

In the administration Menu,when I pass mouse over Agenda-x box i can see "administration" and "global permission" but "Preferences" was not showed.

Why?
Is this a bug?
How can I access to preferences of Agenda X

I believe that Agenda-x has most of the prefrences available from the front side of the module. Log in as webmaster and go the the agenda-x module from the front of your site.
