Hi All

Trying out WordPress blog module. Quite nice

Is there a way to allow Anonymous users to read blogs and stuff but not comment?

I want to allow anyone to read, but only registered users to post.

This is an option in the modules admin. You can also make comments moderated. This means authors get an email with the comment in and a link to authorise it or delete. Nice feature.

I fooled with the various checkboxes and found the magic one:

Blogs Module Access rights

I had mistakely thought that this controlled whether boxes could be viewed at all.

Then, I enabled various blog boxes to be visible on anon main page. Now, it works. Anon can see those boxes, but when they click, they get a Sorry page and are redirected to home.
