Spotlite Module IE problem

I usually run Firefox so I did not notice this until it was pointed out to me. In IE in the feature article section there is what looks like a missing picture, the white box and red x.

It has a hyperlink associated with it. It should not be there and I don't know how to get rid of it.

In Firefox there is no link anywhere in that area. Please help me figure this out.

Ok, Fixed. Edited out the offending lines in the template file.

For some reason even with an "If" statement, and was none, the picture still tried to display. Still have no idea where the link came from, pointing to topicid=8 for some reason, but that is gone too.
