Hello everybody,

I have the following problem:
When people in poor countries like India try to register on our XOOPS site (http://www.nabuur.com), they can follow the registration procedure without any problem. The webmaster also gets a message that a new member has registered. Only it seems to me that there are problems with the activation of the account.

About 30% of the new registrations from that country do not activate their account (they have to activate it via an email-link). New registrations in Europe are activating almost always. Now I have the following questions:

- How is the activation rate on your site? How many percent does activate their account and how many do not?

- Does anyone know something about problems with the activation by mail in 3rd world or poor countries with less internet power than in europe or the US.

Thanks for any reaction!
