Hi, I just wanted to know if there was a way to make the news published from the news module (by admins) automatically posted on the newbb forums as well (where I made a Site Updates & News forum). Also, when a user clicks on "add comment" it automatically brings them to the forum thread where they could post their comments there. I just wanted to know if this was done already, it would be extremely helpful, thank you.

Not at the moment. The AMS module to be released at the end of the month will have the functionality of being able to link topics to NewBB forums, and WF-Section also has a link to forum option, but nothing exactly as you've stated sorry.
